Returns
We want you to love your Pure Joi Scrubs purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed items
- Customized or embroidered products (if offered in the future)
Return Process

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if item is damaged or incorrect
Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, Pure Joi Scrubs does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
